Entering the deserted house in Iraq´s city Falluja, the Marines hear suspicious voice and grab for weapons, preparing to open a fire. "From Baghdad with Love" tells a moving story about strange company of heroes (tough Marines, war-journalists, endangered citizens of Iraq), whom the scabby and eaten by fleas refugee teaches unexpected lessons about life, death and war...

The book is based on experiences and memories of Jay Kopelman. Jay Kopelman is a former colonel-lieutenant of the US Marines, whos military career began in 1986. 1991 he joined the Marines. In September 2004 Kopelman was sent for six months to Iraq, where his battalion took part in the battles for the city of Falluja.

Melinda Roth is a journalist and an author of a book "A Man Who Speaks With The Dogs".
